Business card design
Business cards are the first opportunity to introduce yourself and your company to the customer
Your business card must influence the user. It should convey a lot of information about you and your company.
What is a business card?
Even in the digital age we currently live in, almost every business person has this piece of paper in their pocket or wallet.
The cornerstone of any business is a business card.
Your business cards give a picture of you and your company. If the business card is of bad design and material, you will leave the impression of an insufficiently interested businessman.
Of course, the tastes are not worth discussing, but if you decide on the harmony of design and materials, you will present yourself and your company in the best possible light, and your business card will not end up in the trash.
A business (business) card usually includes a name, company or business affiliation (usually with a logo) and contact information such as street addresses, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and website.
Before the advent of electronic communication technologies, business card details could be included. I can now include social media addresses such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Traditionally, the design of business cards has always been simple – black texture on white.
Today, a professional business card sometimes includes one or more aspects of a striking visual identity.
After completing the flyer design, you get all the files needed to print it. This includes vector files and a web file (JPG and PNG).
Anyone who has been on any networking knows how great a business card design can stand out from the crowd. It is an extension of your brand and is crucial for the promotion of your business long after you have left the meeting.
And provide constructive feedback to make sure you get what you want.
Business card dimensions
The diametrical ratio varies from 1.42 to 1.8. There is no standard for business card dimensions. Sharing dimensions with other cards facilitates storage, for example bank cards (85.60 × 53.98 mm) and business cards in Western Europe (85 × 55 mm) have almost the same size. In our country, the practice is that business cards have dimensions of 90 x 50mm.
Our team works on creating options that are both vertical and horizontal. We use a standard size business card, because it showed the best results considering the information that should be on the card and the size and shape of the logo.
